Our Best Answer Why can I not pay my bill online?

PeopleSoft upgrades occur in February, June, October, and December. Some users experience issues with paying their bills and with pages not loading after an upgrade. If you are experiencing issues, you may need to clear your cache. Instructions on how to clear your cache can be found on the IU Knowledge Base website.
