Our Best Answer What is Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)?

Satisfactory Academic Progress, SAP, consists of several standards which students are required to maintain to be eligible for financial aid. If you are not meeting the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards established by the Office of Student Financial Assistance, you will not be eligible to receive financial aid for the academic year. Detailed information about Satisfactory Academic Progress and the appeal process can be found on our website. Once you meet Satisfactory Academic Progress standards you will then be reconsidered for financial aid.

If you wish to appeal Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), you will need to submit the appropriate appeal available at the link above. Please be advised that the appeal process takes 10-14 business days.  Once you meet Satisfactory Academic Progress standards you will then be reconsidered for financial aid.
